Harvesting procedures with continuous overloading are particular efficient. The 2-row elevator harvester SELECT 200 combines this high performance with maximum crop protection. The straight crop flow, minimal drop steps and a wide range of different separators are the most important arguments for this harvester. In addition, the open design of the main frame offers a very good view across the entire machine. With the patented MultiSep respectively double MultiSep, the machine can be adapted to all harvesting conditions. The proven technology is particularly gentle to the crop, even under the most difficult soil conditions. For haulm separation, the machine can be additionally equipped with a fine haulm elevator or a blower. The length and flexibility of the cart elevator ensure a smooth and gentle discharge of the crop even into deep trailers.

Best separation result

For the most difficult soil and harvesting conditions, the machine can be equipped with a Roller Separator in combination with MultiSep.

Elevator with active side panels for gentle crop handling

The conveying pockets are closed on both sides by elastic rubber fingers. They enable gentle crop transport without friction. At the same time, the rubber fingers are so flexible that they can be used permanently and almost wear-free at all deflection points.

Additional cleaning

The cart elevator can be equipped with the perforated, high-strength, permanently elastic PU pockets, called OptiBag. The large-volume, net-like conveying pockets ensure an additional sieving of heavy soil during the overloading process of the crop.

ActiveSteering - The new way of steering

With ActiveSteering, GRIMME has succeeded in designing an electronically controlled, hydraulic steering system that does not require an additional coupling point on the tractor. The system increases comfort at the headland, reduces the turning circle and enables optimal guidance into the row. When driving on the road, the system behaves like a classic forced steering system.
