The two-row harvester EVO 260 is the systematic further development of the SE 260. With its 2 separators and the spacious, ergonomic picking table, it is particularly suitable for farms that harvest very gently and want to sort the potatoes by hand while still in the field. The machine is suitable for tractors from 120 hp and has a 6 t bunker, which can optionally be designed as a NonstopBunker. The main webs and the deviner web are driven mechanically as standard, while the separators are driven hydraulically. A completely hydraulic drive system is available as an option for all main webs and separators, whereby the speed of the main web can be set over a wide range almost independently of the PTO shaft speed. With its low tare weight and 800/45R30.5 radial tyres, the GRIMME EVO 260 is particularly easy to pull and gentle on the ground. In order to be able to harvest in adverse conditions, the right wheel can optionally ordered as a hydraulically driven wheel. Operation of the EVO 260 is convenient and is done via ISOBUS as standard. Using an optional available telemetry unit, taskdata, machine- and location parameters can be transmitted to the end customer portal myGRIMME, or via "agrirouter" to the farm's own Farm Management Information System (FMIS). In combination with a weighing scale which is fitted below the picking-web, site-specific georeferenced mass mapping is also made possible. The automatically transferred data can be accessed via the myGRIMME portal. Thanks to the SmartView video system, all relevant functions remain permanently in view.

Maximum separating performance

The speed of the two finger belts can be separately adjusted by hydraulic means. They are thus optimally suited for use on soils with a high clod but low stone content.

Harvesting without interruption, thanks to the large-capacity bunker.

A NonstopBunker with a capacity of 6.0 tonnes is available as an option. This can further increase the performance of the harvester as well as that of the transport logistics. Thanks to the generously dimensioned overloading height and width, large distances can be bridged between the harvester and transporting trailers and even high transport vehicles can be loaded easily and conveniently while harvesting.

High cleaning performance with maximum crop protection at the same time.

Thanks to the completely hydraulic drive-system (available as an option), all main webs as well as the separators can be adjusted independently of the engine speed (PTO speed) of the tractor. If desired, electronic assistance systems like Speedtronic-Web and Speedtronic-Sep relieve the operator by automatically regulating all web- and separator speeds depending on the load.

Variable use

Depending on the cultivation method (rows, beds, flat beds etc.), a wide range of different vegetables such as carrots, celeriac, red beet or onions can also be harvested besides to potatoes.

Light and easy to pull

The harvester, type EVO 260, is the entry-level machine in the performance class of two-row harvesters. The machine is characterised by its low empty weight, low tractive force requirements, ease of operation and clear design.
