The Receiving hopper, type RH 24-XT, was especially developed for sorting and for processors. Downstream of the spiral roller package with a width of 2.4 m, the crop is transferred at full width with a transfer belt, which is also 2.4 mwide. The straight crop flow allows a maximum throughput of up to 140 tons per hour. An optional inspection platform enables the crop quality to be monitored. Special constructive features of the hopper are the large horizontal discharge at the top end, "active pocket sealings" and the particularly soft PU spiral rollers of the cleaning unit. These features enable maximum crop protection and highest throughput capacity. The infinitely variable drive (standard) allows easy adaptation to various requirements. Operation of the hopper is intuitive and convenient with the help of the new IBX 300 ISOBUS operator unit. Numerous assistance systems, such as Remain Control and Capacity Control, take the strain off the operator while maximizing crop protection and storage performance.

Highest crop protection

The soft, wear-resistant polyurethane (PU) spiral rollers achieve lowest impact on the crop and an effective separating performance.In addition, jammed stones and entangled haulm are avoided.

Flexible soil cleaning in different application conditions.

Thanks to the special scissor adjustment system for the soil cleaning and pre-grading rollers, these can be adapted very precisely to the specific storage conditions. The patented "VarioClean" comes into its own when the crop was harvested on sticky and heavy soil. The two roller packs for soil cleaning, each consisting of four rollers, can be set as two ascending "cascades" for intensive soil removal. The crop flow is thus alternately slowed down briefly and loosened up by the additional transfer stage.

Comfortable operation

Operation of the hopper is simple and intuitive with the help of the new IBX 300 ISOBUS operator unit. Operation can be extended using the CCI 800 ISOBUS operator terminal. This enables to use innovative features and automatic systems, such as MemoryControl to be used to store machine parameters for different harvesting conditions.

Maximum crop protection

"RemainControl" measures the remaining crop layer in the receiving area. The hopper itself and the downstream conveyors are automatically switched off via "FlowControl" as soon as the height of the crop drops below a pre-defined minimum height. The crop layer remaining in the hopper reduces the drop step for new crop and increases crop protection.

Even, uniform crop flow

Capacity Control: Two sensors which monitor the filling level of the receiving hopper regulate the optimum hopper floor speed at all times. This means that the downstream storing line can be used at optimum level.

Gentle crop receiving for perfect storing

The deep pockets of the hopper floor lead to an optimised conveying effect and enable the hopper to be emptied quickly and completely. Stuffings made of soft polyurethane cover the surfaces of the side panels of the receiving area and the hopper floor strips. In combination with the "active sealing" of the hopper floor this offers maximum crop protection.
