The compact receiving hopper, type RH 12 Combi, especially suits medium sized farms. The hopper floor, which is made of soft rubber, the roller package consisting of PU spiral rollers and the infinitely drive enable maximum crop protection and optimum throughput. Several handling steps in the storage and preparation process can be combined in just one machine: Crop intake, soil cleaning, picking, power pre-grading and pre-grading. The machine can be assembled from a wide range of options to meet the customer's specific requirements. On the optional available roller picking table, the crop is conveyed in rotation, which provides an excellent picking possibility. Furthermore, the platform on both sides offers sufficient space and a perfect, safe stand to the picking staff. Depending on the requirements as regards accuracy of grading and gentle crop handling, the RH 12 Combi can be combined with a web grader or a one- resp. two-step coil unit, made of polyurethane.

Infinitely adjustment
The speed of the roller-sets can be infinitely adjusted for optimum and particularly gentle crop cleaning. The infinitely variable spacing and inclination adjustment of the PU spiral rollers enables quick adaptation of the soil cleaning to varying soil and trash proportions. The cleaning intensity can be optimally adjusted by tilting the entire roller assembly. Depending on the machine equipment, the adjustment is made mechanically or hydraulically.
Cross conveyors
The cross conveyors reliably transport soil and impurities, pre-graded material and the final product. The speed of the cross conveyors is infinitely variable. They can also be operated in a left-to-right or right-to-left direction and can be shifted sideways. The number of cross conveyors and their dimensions depend on the machinery configuration. The Top Clean belt scrapers ensure that the belts run smoothly on heavy, sticky soils.
Efficient separation of impurities
Powerful and gentle:
For maximum crop protection with the highest separation performance, GRIMME has perfected the soft PU spiral rollers over the years. The soft spiral rollers have a high self-cleaning effect to achieve an optimal cleaning result without obstructions even under difficult, sticky conditions.
Capacity Control:
A sensor which monitors the filling level of the receiving hopper regulates the optimum hopper floor speed at all times. In this way the entire storage line is used to its capacity without manual readjustment.
