With the receiving hoppers, type RH 20 Combi and RH 24 Combi, several handling steps in the storage and preparation process can be combined in just one machine. Thanks to the modular design of the machine and a wide range of options, the machine can be assembled to meet variable customer-specific requirements. The receiving hopper can be expanded to include pre-grading, a stone and clod separation system and a picking table with a sorting platform on both sides, which offers space for up to eight people. Pre-grading after the picking table is also possible, with a choice between a web grader and a one- or two-stage PU spiral roller unit, depending on the requirements in terms of grading accuracy and crop protection. The infinitely variable drive (standard) allows easy adaptation to various requirements. In addition to the broad modularity, the machines convince with optimum crop protection and high throughput at the same time.

Gentle pre-grading

The combination of a receiving hopper and subsequent pre-grading with PU spiral rollers is a unit for powerful and gentle crop handling.

Comfortable operation

Using the GBT 831 and GBT 818 operator terminals at the picking table, all functions of the hopper can be controlled conveniently and intuitively.

Highest crop protection

The soft, wear-resistant polyurethane (PU) spiral rollers achieve lowest impact on the crop and an effective separating performance.In addition, jammed stones and entangled haulm are avoided.

Ergonomic picking table

The comfortable working platform offers space for up to 6 persons and allows for picking impurities and trash by hand.

Powerful and convenient sorting out stones as well as clods

The two-stage clod separator "CLS II" gently and efficiently separates potatoes from stones and clods. Due to the fact that the clod separator is installed twice in the machine, the separation effect can be optimally adapted to different tuber sizes and thus a very high separation accuracy can be achieved.
