Crop protection and user-friendliness are also top priorities for the compact GRIMME receiving hoppers. For optimum adaptation to a wide range of different transport vehicles, the height of the rubber intake flap can be adjusted quickly and easily. The soft bottom of the receiving hopper, made of rubber, conveys the crop towards soil separation unit with its PU-spiral rollers. The soft, wear-resistant rollers made of polyurethane (PU) achieve maximum crop protection while maintaining high separation performance. The receiving hoppers of the E-series are operated manually by means of mechanical controls. Due to its compact dimensions, the receiving hopper is particularly suitable for narrow building arrangements.
