The advanced green bean harvester, type GB-1000, has a completely new pick-up section that improves the harvesting of beans. With the new design, the stripping drum has been divided into two parts that can rotate at an individually adjustable speed. This provides a very gentle and efficient way of harvesting green beans by machine.Throughput has been improved as the pick-up section has been lengthened by 25%, which means more consistent pick-up and higher capacity.The stripping drums are covered with a hinged protecting cover so that maintenance and cleaning work can be carried out easily. The pick-up belt has been improved in its transport capacity and offers more space for beans and leaves.The pick-up section has two individually adjustable speed sections to ensure gentle harvesting. The angle of the pick-up section can be adjusted to the harvesting conditions by means of a hydraulic cylinder.Downstream of the stripping drums, a blower is installed to separate loose leaves/foliage from the beans. The machine is designed for filling boxes or BigBags.The platform for boxes is able to carry 2 boxes and can be folded in for transport.

Hydraulically lift entire pickup section for easy maintenance

The whole pickup section can be lifted just by activating hydraulics that is included on the machine as standard. This gives access to feeding belt and rollers.

Boxes or bags

Mount 2 bags up to 25 kg on the depositor and use the selector to change the flow between the two, meanwhile easily change the bags. Without modification, large boxes can also be used instead.

Ensure high quality yield

The stripping drums are split in two sections, both are separately driven by hydraulic motors, and they rotate with a different speed. The front section has a lower speed than the back section, this provides a gentle harvest of the beans coming off the plant first.

Hydraulically lift and lower the pickup section to control harvesting height

The GB-1000 is mounted onto the lift arm of the tractor. The benefit from this is if the plant is extraordinary high, the GB-1000 can be lifted up via the lift arm, while the pickup section is lowered, making a steeper intake to adjust to a higher plant.
