The new REXOR 6200

The latest generation of the 6-row REXOR 6200 beet harvester with a bunker capacity of 30 m³ and the latest generation of cabs has been developed for the efficient harvesting of beet, root chicory and celeriac. With over 20 years of experience in professional defoliation, there is a wide range of defoliation systems to choose from. In machine which use a constant scalper the agile and completely maintenance-free constant scalper does a perfect job for "scalping" the beet leaves. Machines, which use the front mulcher, type FM, are defoliating the beet. The entire beet body remains intact for maximum yield. The digging attachment with its external frame ensures the best possible view of the digging unit and good accessibility. Thanks to the modular design, the digging unit with Oppel wheels can be replaced with a unit of walking shares. The roller table consists of 7 cleaning rollers to ensure a powerful and intensive cleaning. The large-dimensioned beet transfer web (which transports the beets between the front wheels to the cleaning turbines) was developed for maximum throughput. Thanks to "Speedtronic" (available as standard), the cleaning turbines and the high-performance ring elevator convey the crop into the bunker with maximum crop protection and maximum throughput. Safe and ergonomic access to the redesigned bunker is provided by a ladder in front of the ring elevator. The bunker can be fitted with a bunker lining to prevent tip breakage or damage during the unloading process. A rubber cover is fitted to the rear wall of the bunker to reduce soil accumulation of sticky soil. Large maintenance doors in the rear wall of the bunker ensure good accessibility to the engine compartment. The integrated step and ladder ensure comfortable working conditions for maintenance and repair work. The REXOR 6200 is equipped with the new X 11 cab and offers a state-of-the-art workplace. It is designed for maximum comfort on long working days. The SmartView video system gives the operator the best possible view of the machine and, with the integrated SideView package, provides increased visibility when manoeuvring the machine. The ISOBUS compatible operator unit IBX 200 provides the driver with a convenient, additional control unit for the overloading process on the left armrest. The Speedtronic-Cruise was developed for the best possible operator relief, which actively controls the working speed of the beet harvester for the first time. In combination with the standard Speedtronic for the conveying and cleaning unit, this corresponds to an almost autonomous beet harvest within the row.
