The REXOR 6300 has been developed for professional beet growers, contractors and machinery pools who demand the very highest standards in terms of yield, productivity and operator comfort. Thanks to over 20 years’ experience in professional defoliation, flexibly configurable digging and defoliation systems, and intelligent assistance features, the 6-row beet harvester achieves a high harvest quality under a wide range of operating conditions. The front mulcher, type FM, minimises damage to the beet and thus lays the foundation for maximum yields – it harvests what has grown! The unique unobstructed view from the cabin provides the driver with a perfect overview of the digging unit and facilitates precise harvesting even in challenging conditions. The high-performance cleaning system, comprising seven cleaning rollers in the roller table, the generously dimensioned beet transfer web, the three cleaning turbines and the ring elevator, ensures high throughput whilst handling the crop gently. With the new X 11 cab (CLAAS), the SmartView video system and the unique Speedtronic Cruise, the REXOR 6200 is one of the most driver-friendly beet harvesters in its class. The intelligent coordination of the drive system, cleaning and crop-conveying significantly reduces the driver’s workload and helps to maintain a consistently high harvesting quality throughout long working days. The result: Maximum yield protection, high area output, minimal downtime and first-class crop quality from the digging unit right through to the bunker.

Oppel wheel
The digging Oppel wheels are designed to lift the beet out of the ground and transfer them on to the cleaning units.

Walking share
The walking shares are designed to lift the beet out of the ground and transfer them on to the cleaning units. The paddles mounted on the feeler wheel shaft help guide the flow of beet onto the cleaning rollers, ensuring that soil and beet are effectively separated.
