These special terms and conditions apply in addition to the applicable GRIMME terms and conditions of purchase and may be combined with other promotions, provided that the terms of such promotions do not preclude this.
The granting of these special terms and conditions is subject to a binding order specifying the final customer and delivery of a new machine in the calendar year 2027.
GRIMME is entitled, as part of the order and end customer verification process, to refuse payment of the discounts in whole or in part, or to adjust special terms already agreed upon retrospectively, should it transpire that there is no final customer or that the requirements for a final customer order have not been met.
