Single-row, carried, with box filling belt for box wagon

The MC-1020 is a carried, single-row cabbage harvester with a box loading belt to load onto a box wagon. It can be used for mechanical harvesting of white cabbage, red cabbage and savoy cabbage and can thus replace labour-intensive hand harvesting. The machine is characterised by its high-conveying pick-up section. This allows the product to be conveyed almost horizontally without drop steps to a crate trolley next to the machine. Harvesting is extremely gentle on the product and can therefore also be used for storage. The pick-up aligns the cabbage and fixes it with a mesh belt before two knife discs cut the stalk. This results in a particularly straight cut. The product is then conveyed to the top, where a deflector with a scraper roller made of foam removes cover leaves. The cabbage can then be inspected on the sorting table. The sliding crate filling belt gently transports the cabbage with a minimal drop into the crates of the removal vehicle driving next to it.

- Hydraulic supply of all cylinders and hydraulic motors which belong to the main section from the tractor hydraulics. One additional pump for the hydraulic motors of the pick-up section and the harvesting section, driven by PTO shaft.
- The speed of the pick-up section is controlled by the speed of the tractors drive shaft.
